It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, planning consultancy, ecological consultancy, surveying advice, regulated claims-management services, litigation services, rights of audience, conveyancing, representation or negotiation on behalf of clients.

Fixed products cover defined outputs only. Ongoing correspondence, live support, urgent work, commercial work, group coordination and complex dispute preparation require separate scope and agreement.

Where a matter may require a solicitor, regulated adviser, claims-management provider, financial adviser, welfare adviser or other professional, Clear Position may help organise information and prepare questions, but does not replace that professional advice.
